OUR PROCESS

Research involves a meet and greet to share your ideas and goals, followed by an on-site meeting to discuss the project. We then prepare and present a scope of work, and upon agreement, we proceed by signing the contract and commencing the project.

During this stage, we engage in meetings with contractors to obtain bids. Measurements, floor plans, and elevations are prepared as well as furnishings, finishes and fabric sourcing are presented with the design along with an estimated budget and timeline.

Once orders are placed and delivery lead-times are assessed, we initiate the construction and renovation process, while also handling order reception, conducting site visits, and managing ongoing projects.

Following the furniture installation and completion of accessories, we proceed with the client reveal, address any remaining items on the punch list, and diligently resolve any deficiencies to ensure complete client satisfaction.
